Yummy and helpful!
I love the flavor of this Slim Fast shake! I keep a couple in the fridg. to keep cold so they will be ready at a moments notice. I use them when I am hungry to stave off that "starvation" feeling for a while longer when I need to finish a job.

Tastes exactly like Quik's Strawberry Milk
Tastes like Quik, the sugar kind. Yummy if you like that, and definitely curbs the hunger.

SLIM FAST IS GREAT
I find the Slim Fast drinks to be an excellent meal replacement as you change your lifestyle to loose weight. I have one for breakfast, lunch and at bedtime to curb those late night munchies. I am on medication that makes me eat and the shake does help.

This is my least favorite of the Optima flavors but it is still very good. I LOVE the French Vanilla. I must stress that the shakes only work when you are educated on nutrition, food portions etc. for it is very important to look at loosing weight not as dieting but as changing your way of life. Using these shakes helps me get on track, to loose the desire for those fattening foods and to be healthy.

For education on eating healthy and living life to its best I recommend any Kathy Smith exercise dvd or book. She is very down to earth, realistic and provided more education than the nutritionist I went to.

Used correctly I give Slim Fast an A +.

Taste like Quik's Strawberry Milk
The Strawberries N' Cream Slim Fast shake isn't that bad at all. It taste like strawberry milk. I got tired of the Milk Chocolate very quickly but I haven't gotten tired of this yet. Worth a try!

Not the best of the flavors
I like the Slim-Fast Optima shakes in general, but Strawberries n' Cream is definitely not their best flavor. The strawberry flavor is totally artificial -- more than a little reminiscent of Crunch Berries cereal for me, so you might like it if that's your thing. Otherwise I'd recommend either the Rich Chocolate Royale or Cappuccino flavors over this one.
